New Developments Search

This option allows you to search for any development out of more than 280 in the Costa del Sol. Once you have signed up to Zoddak, you will have full access to all the new developments with updated price lists, brochures, available units, and direct contact with the developer – essential for negotiations. This feature is extremely versatile – you can search developments by name or reference, location, property type (apartments, townhouses or villas), number of beds, and a maximum price. The search can also be filtered by the development status: “Coming Soon”, “Off-plan”, “With License”, “Started” and “Completed”, by just ticking a box. You can also send any project to your client with an unbranded window card in PDF-format with your company logo.

This option lets you find the newest developments in our platform. Each development is listed with all the relevant information, such as description, status, starting price and pictures.

Use this feature to create a list of your favourite properties. Add the properties you like the most and want to re-examine to your personal list so you won’t have to look for them anymore and you can send them to your client when you are ready.
