How does the 14 day free trial work?
You have 10 whole days to try ZODDAK. In these 10 days you will be able to use all the features our app has. You can get the most out of the features in these days and see what are the ones that you like and are the most convenience for you.
What are the payment methods?
Invoices will be issued each month in advance and paid by direct debit order, bank transfer or any other means that ZODDAK makes available to THE AGENCY in the five days following the date of issue of the invoice. The non-payment of one month entitles ZODDAK to terminate the contract.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No at all, you pay as you go, month by month. If you want you unsubscribe from the service, you will not have to pay the following month.

How can I cancel my subscribing?
THE AGENCY can request the termination of the contract to ZODDAK at any time, without any commitment of permanence or cancellation charges, provided that the communication is made at least five days before the established billing period.

What happens after my free trial ends?
Once you have completed your 10 days free trial, you will be started to get billed monthly the corresponding price.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
No, you just register for the 10 days free trial. Once the 10 days are over, then, to get billed, you will be asked for your credit card details.
